GUCAMOLE MOMENTS Sunday, April 11, 2010

My daughter and I have been having guacamole moments lately, and today we decided to make a dip of sorts. Here was the outcome:

2 ripe avocado's
2 large, ripe tomato's
1/2 red onion
1 Serrano pepper
1 Habanero pepper (BE CAREFUL WITH THIS, IT'S HOT)
1 sprig of fresh cilantro
3-4 cloves of fresh garlic
1 lime squeezed
Salt to taste

Throw all of the above into a bullet blender and in seconds, voila!

We had a cup of black beans, fresh cut-up veggies (radishes, carrots, broccoli) and some organic blue corn tortilla chips.

Indeed, the response was perfect... Our tongues curled, eyes watered, and our faces got hot!
